The hotel had a decent location, only a few minutes away from restaurants and shops. There were great facilities such as several indoor and outdoor pools. Truly a great place for families who wanted to let their children enjoy the pools while they relaxed. the staff was very helpful and hospitable, and they had a nice walking track around the woods.

My Easter weekend stay was marred by some unpleasant aspects of the hotel. the service was subpar, and the room cleaning was not up to par.

This hotel exceeded my luxurious needs and provided exclusive amenities such as a top-notch Spa & wellness centre and multiple swimming pool areas including an indoor pool for those cold days. the staff members were extremely helpful, and the massage services were fantastic. the outdoor swimming pool was spectacular and had plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful garden area to relax in.

My only minor issue was that some staff members were not as welcoming as the others. While most of the services provided matched the standards, the restaurant could improve in terms of hygiene and attention to cleanliness.

I had a wonderful stay at Ng Enjoy in Sapanca. The hotel is nestled within a beautiful forest, offering a peaceful and natural setting. The facilities were amazing, with multiple pools, a well-equipped gym, and even a pilates/yoga studio. The rooms were spacious and had lovely views of the forest. The location was convenient, being only a short distance from restaurants and shops, as well as Sapanca lake. The breakfast and dinner options were diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel with great food, kids club, game rooms, and multiple cafes. Huge pool with a small one for children, outdoor playground, and safe mountain walks. Amazing location with natural forests and walking tracks. Large variety for breakfast and dinner. New suite with nice interior design.

We had an amazing time at this property nestled within a forest. The facilities were fantastic, with 6 pools , including a separate pool for ladies. The walking track around the woods was beautiful and made for a peaceful stroll. The well-equipped gym and the pilates/yoga studio were a great addition for those looking to stay active. The basic rooms were spacious and offered picturesque views of the forest. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops just a couple of minutes away and Sapanca Lake a short 10-minute drive.

We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints whatsoever.
