The location of this hotel is fantastic. Not only is it situated in Bodrum, but it also has a beautiful beach club where you can relax and soak up the sun. The hotel is conveniently close to local taxis, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the well-maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious, and the hotel even caters to special dietary restrictions.

There were a few issues with the housekeeping service, as they sometimes overlooked refilling complimentary items and left tea cups filled with cold tea and tea bags.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was comfortable, well-stocked, and had high-quality furniture. The bathroom was spacious and had high-end products. The beach resort had nice sun loungers and good food. it was a wonderful experience and highly recommendable.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the Ultimate Suite upon check-in. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The customer service was beyond excellent and the beach club was our favorite spot in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the concierge was extremely helpful. we would definitely recommend the Susona Bodrum for a luxury stay.

I was pleased to find that every need was catered for, from the exclusive amenities to the beautiful infinity pool. the spa lounge was particularly impressive, with a wide range of treatments available including full body massages and body wraps. I spent my days lounging on sun loungers in the beautiful garden area, and was impressed by the attentive and friendly service of the staff.

the hotel made up for it with the exceptional service and attention to detail in all other areas.

The breakfast served was complimentary and had a great variety. the location was perfect, right by the beach and close to the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, a nice advantage that added to the stay.

The housekeeping needs major improvements with regards to both customer service and standards. the floors were not properly cleaned, and the bed was not made.
