We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was in a residential neighborhood, which provided a nice local experience, but it was still in a rather busy area with fashion shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. They were always available for room service or any other needs we had. The room amenities were great as well, with an ironing board, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms for a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptional and provided plenty of options for a continental breakfast.

Families with children will have a great time here.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area for those who love eating out in a lively area. The bar and restaurant are easily accessible and offer a wide variety of options in a busy area full of restaurants. The room is quite comfortable and stylish, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

There were issues with the air conditioning in the room, and it could not be controlled from the room. Guests have to ask for help from the reception to set the temperature.

The hotel is located in a prime area, surrounded by the best shopping, restaurants, and cafes. There are plenty of hidden gems around the hotel, making it convenient for exploration. The receptionists and security personnel are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room was modern, clean, and well-facilitated. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was luxurious, with big brands, a great mall, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was conveniently close to the Osmanbay metro station, allowing for easy access to Taksim Square.

The rooftop restaurant at Glens Palas offered amazing views of the city, even though the menu wasn't in English. Although I had trouble connecting my Samsung smartphone to the TV, the staff tried their best to help, and the breakfast waiter was fluent in English. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in a posh area with designer shops and nice restaurants around. Spacious and comfortable corner rooms with great Wifi coverage. Delicious food in the restaurant and a charming European touch in the dining area. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ismail. Clean and well-designed room with an awesome bathroom.

The location of this hotel was perfect, situated in a lively area and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with exclusive amenities such as an espresso machine and private facilities. The spa and wellness centre had a massage, sauna and Jacuzzi that offered relaxation opportunities. The Breakfast buffet was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was elegant, with an outdoor dining area that provided a cosy atmosphere.

My only minor issue was with the service, which could have been more attentive to my needs.

Comfy bed, great shower, lovely water view room, good service by cleaning crew, convenient location.

Stayed at this hotel on a city break and absolutely loved it! the hotel is located in a prime spot, close to great restaurants and shopping. the room design was fantastic and modern, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. One huge plus was the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. a fantastic hotel experience!

Although the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the air conditioning was a bit difficult to navigate, it didn't detract much from the overall experience. the shower could have had better hot water supply and the value for money at breakfast was questionable.
