The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight with stunning views. The staff, especially Hassan, Majid, Han. Despite a few minor issues like a slow elevator and a temporary bad smell in the toilet, we would definitely recommend this hotel. a great experience!

Perfect central location, just a 2-minute walk to major attractions like Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. New hotel with a charming coffee shop downstairs. We had an amazing stay at this place. Its location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from all the major tourist attractions in the city centre. The staff were really friendly and provided great service, even offering room service and helping us book tours. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the sitting area and terrace that overlooked the stunning views. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is so close to almost everything you need when it comes to visiting all of the city's landmarks. You can easily walk to Sultanahmet square and the center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are warm, comfy, and clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although repetitive, is good and served in a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view.

Spent Easter here and had a great time! the rooms were really clean and spacious, and the staff were really welcoming. Loved the fact that the hotel was located close to some really great restaurants and shops and it was very easy to get around. the shower was especially nice and had great water pressure, making for a really relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a couple of issues that really marred my experience. the elevator was painfully slow and it took ages to go up and down.

During our recent 8-day stay, we had an amazing experience at a centrally located hotel. the staff at No12 Hotel Sultanahmet were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the rooms were always spotlessly clean, and the breakfast on the top roof offered a stunning view of the old city. We especially want to thank Hassan, Han, Umit, and Khadeeja, as well as the housekeeping staff for their exceptional service. the hotel is highly recommended for families and we will definitely be returning.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and high-pressure showers. The staff were professional, always smiling and ready to help, especially Mr. Nihad in the restaurant. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet street near the historical area and within walking distance of everything you need.

One issue during my stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. While the doors were not soundproof, making it possible to hear loud guests, this was not a major concern as I was usually exhausted from exploring all day and nothing could wake me up.
