As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, assisting with grocery orders, food pick up, and currency exchange. The little things they did made my stay wonderful. The view overlooking the Bosporus was beautiful. The rooms were in good condition and the hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood.

I recently had a fabulous stay at a hotel in Istanbul. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the Bosphorus from my room. Secondly, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a microwave and dishwasher. The attention to detail was impressive.

The hotel could improve the bathroom door situation. It would have been better if there was a lock on the bathroom door to ensure privacy.

Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. Staff was patient, helpful, and always smiling. Facilities provided were excellent, including kitchenette and fast Wifi. Convenient location, close to Taksim and metro station. Amazing experience overall.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary parking and shuttle service, which made my stay more convenient. the location was perfect, with easy access to popular tourist areas. the breathtaking view from the balcony was another highlight that made my stay more enjoyable.
