I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great location and elegant rooms. The breakfast was convenient and the coffee and tea were free all day. The staff at Nordstern Hotel Galata were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with high ceilings and a luxurious bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and there was even a beautiful chandelier in the "Golden Horn" room. The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning, and I loved the extensive range of breakfast options. I would strongly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience.

The hotel is located in a prime area, near the Karakoy tram station and within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Spice Bazaar and Grand Bazaar. The rooms are beautifully restored with high ceilings and modern amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The bathroom is appointed with a powerful rain shower and ample hot water. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, providing directions and suggestions for exploring the city.

The Wi-Fi can be patchy at times.

We loved this place! The location was amazing - it was right in the heart of the city and we were able to walk to all the major sights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the room amenities, like the free Wi-Fi and the mini-bar. we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.

We had an enjoyable new year break with many positives aspects. we were given two complementary services which were a nice touch. the hotel was also located in a key area that allowed us to access the sights and sounds of the city with ease. we enjoyed an advantage of the fantastic views from the terrace.

despite a couple of negatives, it was a great experience and we would happily return to explore more of the city.
