Loved the amazing breakfast spread with a picturesque view of the Bosphorus. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to the city center and main attractions. Plus, it was surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, perfect for a night out.

The heating/cooling system in the room wasn't the best. It felt a little stuffy, especially during the winter months.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach with great sea views and a new mall being built nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants and high-end shopping outlets in the area. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning scenery of the Bosphorus, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. it was a great experience.

I recently stayed at Novotel Istanbul and had a great experience. The hotel had a neutral design with fresh finishing, creating a pleasant ambiance. The beds were comfortable and the glass wall dividing the shower from the bedroom was a nice touch. The Samsung smart TV made it easy to access USB and HDMI ports for entertainment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the construction works in the surrounding area and the cold water in the swimming pool, these did not greatly affect my overall experience at Novotel Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and pleasant atmosphere.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the view from the restaurant on top was beautiful. The spa facilities were exceptional. The hotel restaurant is quoted as one of the best in the city, with amazingly soft and delicious octopus.

The staff at Novotel were extremely helpful during my stay, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I was impressed to see Ms Serem personally checking on guests during breakfast and offering helpful pointers for their day. The rooftop bar and spa were also highlights of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the staff cleaning the room and changing towels and sheets every day. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a decent spa with a nice Turkish bath. The location was great, close to Karaköy and Tophane tram stations, making it convenient for exploring both the old and modern city. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a delicious and varied selection. The staff were very polite and kind, surprising my daughter with a little gift and even organizing a surprise for my mom's birthday.
