The hotel's location near the airport and a nice mall within walking distance is very convenient. The large car parking facility is a plus. The staff is helpful and there were no issues to be solved. The hotel is quiet, which is great for light sleepers. The breakfast options are good, except for the coffee. The rooms are clean overall.

I was delighted by the stunning view of the Black Sea from my room at Novotel. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the food was excellent. The In Balance massage center was a highlight of my stay, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its ambiance and beautiful surroundings.

Thin walls made it difficult to sleep at times due to other guests, but it wasn't too bothersome. the location is not ideal for those wanting to stay in the center of the city, but we found it convenient for getting around with the shuttle service and supermarket nearby.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with high-class amenities. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were all outstanding, providing the ultimate relaxation during our stay. The sun terrace and garden area were the perfect spots to unwind and take in the beautiful scenery. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had scrumptious food and drinks to snack on and enjoy during our stay. The location offers beach access and breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The room we stayed in was missing a bathrobe, which was a minor inconvenience. this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs and provided an amazing experience.
