The room was small and old, with limited space for luggage. The towels and bed covers were stained.

The location is perfect and close to most places we needed to visit and close to many public transportation means. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was neat and cleaned daily. Lots of restaurants around as well as supermarket. Nice breakfast.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during our Xmas stay. We appreciated the complimentary treats they gave us, which included Turkish coffee and tea. the location was the best, as it was only a 5-minute walk to some of the important sightseeing spots and within 2 minutes of many food options. the hotel was really clean.

Despite the convenient location and excellent staff, the room was extremely small. There was not enough room for two people to stand side by side or even to open our suitcases.
