The room was small with a modest view, but thanks to the sales manager, I got an upgrade with a wonderful view. The location was exceptional, in a lively and snowy area. The restaurant and café on the first floor had a unique view and wonderful atmosphere. The staff, especially Miss Gizem, provided excellent service and assistance. Will definitely return.

The hotel is located near ski slopes, making it easily accessible for skiing enthusiasts like me. The ski equipment was in excellent condition, and the ski instructors were highly trained and helpful. The view from my room was magnificent, especially the snow-covered forest. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.

The room was smelly and dirty, and the bathroom amenities were half-used. The heater was not working and water came out of them, leaving the carpet soaked.

The hotel staff was welcoming, room was clean and unique, onsite restaurant served delicious food, breakfast had a wide variety, good location for skiing and access to tracks, ski room had clean and high-quality equipment.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who love hiking in the mountains. There are beautiful trails just down the mountain where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The service provided by the staff, especially the waiters, is commendable. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of options to satisfy your taste buds. Additionally, the view from some of the rooms is simply stunning.

There is one aspect of the hotel that needs improvement.

The hotel is perfectly situated for accessing the Karkay and Beceren tracks, just a 2-minute walk away. The ski room is fantastic, with clean and high-quality equipment. The staff is qualified, and there are excellent ski instructors available. Resul Bey in the ski room was extremely helpful. The rooms have a beautiful view of the runway, surrounded by a lovely forest and snow. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the room and shower are warm. The hotel is nicely decorated and features a private a la carte restaurant.
