Delicious Turkish Breakfast and Hospitable Owners

I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast with fresh fruit, hot dishes, and Turkish cuisine included every day. the hospitable and friendly owners made our stay memorable and ensured we were well taken care of. the only downside was the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which is a common issue in the lively Old Town area.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! the room was spotless, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. the breakfast spread was mouthwatering, with a mix of Turkish classics that left us fueled for the day. the location was prime, right in the heart of the bustling city center, making it super convenient to explore the vibrant streets and enjoy the local culture. the hosts went the extra mile by preparing us breakfast to-go when we had early morning plans, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, the sun terrace overlooking the bay was the perfect spot to unwind and take in breathtaking views.

On the flip side, the evenings could get quite noisy due to the lively nightlife in the area. If you're a light sleeper, this might pose a challenge, especially during weekends when the nearby restaurants and clubs are in full swing.

I recently stayed at Old Kalamaki Pansiyon for the second time. This time, I stayed with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. The hotel has the perfect location, right in the center near the harbor, shops, and restaurants, yet it is never noisy. The breakfast is amazing with different Turkish delicacies every day. The staff is lovely and always available to help. The rooms are always clean and cool, and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The rooms could get noisy at night due to the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area. However, this is to be expected in such a touristy location, and it didn't deter us from falling asleep quickly.

I enjoyed having a drink up there before heading out for the evening. Breakfast was served in the narrow street in front of the building, providing an authentic Turkish experience.
