Good breakfast, professional and friendly restaurant staff. Thermal spa with valuable water. Sufficient free parking. Nice pool and sea view. Evening music concerts during our stay. Olga from the hotel team was helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness is OK but needs investment.

We were impressed with the spacious and well-maintained facilities of the hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and convenient access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the professional and helpful service of the staff, who made our stay comfortable and memorable. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

The internet connection was poor, and we had difficulty accessing it throughout our stay. some of the amenities provided were inadequate, with broken bathroom fixtures, limited closet space, and no first aid kit or medical services available on site.

This hotel is simply luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfill all your needs. The service is top-notch and the spa & wellness centre is exquisite. Guests can enjoy a full body massage or beauty treatment, relax in the sauna or steam room, take a dip in the indoor or outdoor swimming pool, or even go for a dip in the saltwater pool. The entertainment on offer is fantastic and the location just perfect.

We experienced some issues with English communication with some of the staff, but this was easily resolved. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this venue and it’s minor room issues, like the absence of a bath tub or peek hole through the door, were not enough to detract from the resort's beauty and elegance.
