Perfect location for a 4-day stay. Clean and nicely decorated rooms that make you feel at home. Polite staff. Amazing rooftop restaurant with a perfect view and professional waiters. Sweet spa employees. Welcome water, fruits, and delicious breakfast. Super friendly staff that even provides recommendations. Comfy shuttle to the airport. Definitely recommended.

The location of Orient Express & Spa By Orka Hotels was absolutely perfect for exploring Istanbul. It was just a short walk from the metrotram station and attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. We especially appreciated that the hotel accommodated our late check-out by storing our luggage and even printing our boarding passes. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had an overall fantastic experience.

Although the room wasn't perfectly clean and had some minor issues like a noisy closet door, these were quickly addressed by the hotel. The view from our room wasn't great as it faced the backyard, but we noticed that other rooms had beautiful views.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many famous tourist sites and all historical attractions. It was also conveniently located on the tram line, although it did get a bit noisy at times. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities such as an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide range of options for both meat-lovers and vegetarians. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ayca, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and helped us navigate this city.

The hotel had a beautiful and spacious lobby, with lovely Christmas decorations that added to the festive atmosphere. The receptionists were very helpful and spoke good English. They provided us with an Istanbul map and tour options upon checking in, which was a nice touch. The shower in our room was excellent and the property was well maintained. The breakfast was good and the room itself was comfortable, with the added bonus of a couch.

The noise levels at the hotel were quite high. Being located near tram rails meant that trams passed every 2 minutes, even at night, which caused the building to shake.

The hotel was also conveniently located on a very busy traffic street, making transportation easy. I gotta say, for the money we paid, we got a great deal at this hotel. The rooms were new and clean, and the cleaning crew were super nice. The location was perfect, with tram and train stations nearby, plus loads of shops and restaurants in the area. But the real highlight was the staff. Concierge Cihan went above and beyond when my boyfriend needed medical assistance, and even helped me get my forgotten belongings back after I left. Special shoutout to Ulaş and the reception staff for their kindness, and the folks at restaurant PINO GARE for the amazing kebabs and view of the Bosporus. we had a fantastic stay thanks to the awesome team at this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even upgraded my room to ensure my comfort. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. I was impressed by the small thoughtful gestures like fresh flowers in the room and complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore all the major attractions in Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is truly a gem in terms of value for money. The prices are very decent, around 100eu, considering all the amenities and services they provide. You'll be amazed at the attention to detail and the friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of the old city. You'll be within a 15-minute walk of all the well-known historical sites. The rooms, albeit small with minimal storage space, are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a view of the Bosporus. And the breakfast, included in the price, is a delight with all the expected dishes.
