This hotel is in a great location, perfectly situated for all the main tourist attractions. The rooms offer sensational views of the Golden Horn to the SE, making for a stunning backdrop. The basic amenities are all there, with shared bathrooms available. The breakfast included warm French toast and had a view of everything in Istanbul.

All was good, no improvements needed.

Spent Xmas holidays at this hostel with friends and it was a blast! Great breakfast and super friendly staff who helped us plan our daily activities. The location was key, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. Bonus points that the hostel had a bar on site where we could enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. Loved the rooftop lounge with amazing views of the city.

The hot water in our room was sometimes not working properly and we had to wait a bit for it to come back on. , there was no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs which was a bit tiring.

Orient Hostel is located in a magnificent area, making it easy to walk to everything you want to see. It is situated in the Sultanahmet district, close to tram links and popular attractions like the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. The rooms and shared bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions. There is also a rooftop seating area with great views.

The breakfast options could be more varied and offer more choices for different dietary preferences.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently located on a street filled with food options and only a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet. The view from the rooftop terrace during breakfast was amazing, overlooking the Bosphorus. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
