Clean & yummy! Amazing staff, central location. Best hotel ever, didn't want to leave! Everything provided for quality rest. Super caring staff, always helpful. Close to major attractions, unique hotel. Chef personalized our meal preferences. This is the only hotel we'll stay at in Istanbul.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to get to many tourist attractions. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine provided. There was also good insulation on the windows, which made everything very quiet and peaceful.

The bathroom was not the best, with no privacy for using the toilet and a poorly designed shower area that flooded the bathroom floor after every use. There was also no bathtub or swimming pool, which would have been nice to have.
