We had a delightful stay at Ottoman Suites By Sera House. The old Ottoman-style building and homely atmosphere made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s house. The friendly and generous staff went above and beyond to assist us with our tourist needs. Despite the noise from the nearby mosque and animals, the charming ambiance of the hotel more than made up for it. The central location also made it convenient for exploring the city. we highly recommend this unique and nostalgic hotel experience.

Beautifully decorated property with cozy atmosphere. Lovely and kind staff, particularly the woman named Gulsak. Convenient location for accessing the rest of the city via various transportation options. Gracious host who pays attention to small details. Immensely enjoyed the comfortable rooms and ample breakfast.

Located in the heart of the city, this charming hotel offers a perfect base to explore Istanbul. On the Asian side, away from the crowds, it provides a calm and peaceful environment. The rooms are tastefully equipped and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and strong WiFi. The friendly and helpful staff add a personal touch, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at the Sera Cafe in the beautiful garden is a delightful way to start the day.

One small inconvenience was a flashing blue LED light on the bedroom ceiling, which could be distracting for some guests.

We had a wonderful Xmas stay at a charming historic house converted into a hotel. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and there was plenty of light. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast served in a cozy café with homemade products. the house was well positioned with easy access to key locations, and the owner was welcoming and helpful.

There were some noise issues. Although we enjoyed the authentic atmosphere, the rooster singing and mosque nearby could be disturbing for light sleepers.
