We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious mountain resort. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the beautiful mountains. The hotel offers a wide range of services including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, making our stay even more convenient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. The spa and wellness center were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which had a stunning panoramic view. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing enthusiasts as it was situated in close proximity to the slopes. The breakfast offered a vast variety of options to choose from which was a great start to the day. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The customer service and support was not satisfactory. The staff was not very helpful in solving issues and the lack of a shuttle to certain ski lifts made transportation a hassle.
