The location of the hotel was fabulous, with different activities available in the Polly Club for children, and the main restaurant offering a small selection of food until 1am for late arrivals or late-night cravings. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, there were bars located on the Main Street, such as the Zomm bar, which provided great entertainment options, along with shops for a bit of retail therapy.

One negative aspect was the slippery pool tiles, which led to an unfortunate incident of a child slipping and getting injured.

we had a fantastic stay at Paloma. our family room was spacious, with a free mini bar. we were lucky to upgrade to a Lake Villa with a swim-up pool, a great experience for us and our 4yr old. the main pools were huge with plenty of slides for all ages. the Lake House restaurant had exceptional service and delicious food. the kids' entertainment and pool activities were outstanding, making it a perfect family vacation spot.

Staff was kind and attentive during our early check-in and late check-out. They even took care of an injured cat. Food choices were plentiful and complimentary wine and fruits were a nice touch. Would definitely return with family for a repeat stay.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and had a nice pool. the Christmas Eve dinner was amazing and had great entertainment.

The room was dusty and not well cleaned, and the staff wasn't friendly at all. the drinks were watered down, even the soft drinks and the buffet food was not well cooked or seasoned.

This hotel was an amazing experience, with exceptional staff who provided exclusive amenities. The atmosphere was luxurious and the location advantages perfect, with beach access and beautiful garden areas. The swimming pools and aqua park were well-maintained and provided great entertainment for all. The Spa & wellness centre offered various massages and beauty treatments, with a sauna, Turkish bath, steam room, and heated swimming pool. The restaurant and poolside snack bar provided a wide range of foods, including special diet menus, all with high-quality ingredients.

The only issue experienced was the lack of seasonal indoor pool. However, the outdoor swimming pool was perfect and available all year round.
