The value for the money was excellent and the room was comfortable and convenient. The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The staff at Paloma were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The hotel area is beautiful with pine trees, mountains, and the sea. The renovated and fresh hotel territory is impressive. The food is delicious with plenty of options. The rooms are huge with nice terraces. There are interesting activities and a great animation team. Good quality alcohol in the bar.

I was amazed by the breathtaking views this resort offers, with its location between the mountains and the sea. The pools, especially the ones with the slides, provided endless fun for both kids and adults. The staff at the resort were always friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was immaculate and that our needs were taken care of. The variety and quality of food at the buffets and a-la-carte restaurants were outstanding, offering a culinary experience that satisfied every palate.

This hotel was a luxurious experience from start to finish. the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, body wraps, beauty treatments, massage, pedicure and manicure services were fantastic. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful with beach umbrellas and a sun terrace. the garden area was idyllic and tranquil which was perfect for relaxation. the bar/lounge area was also great for relaxing in the evening while enjoying a drink. The restaurant had buffet breakfasts, great options for dinner and special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue was the location which made it difficult to go out for evening strolls.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the cleaning was not up to par. the temperature of the food at the restaurant was not always consistent.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was thrilled with the inclusive facilities at this beach retreat. The warm swimming pools and exquisite beach were accessible and made my stay enjoyable. The attention to detail for health-conscious guests, with a separate section in the buffet, was a wonderful touch. The beautiful green escape with its lush trees and stunning sea views provided a perfect setting.
