We stayed at a lovely hotel near the sea, in a quiet area close to the center. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful sea. The room had modern furniture and a stylish decoration. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, especially Mr. Burak. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants.

Communication with some staff members was challenging due to the language barrier.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel that had complimentary hot beverages and cookies available 24/7 at the lobby, which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store, making it easy to get what we needed without wandering too far. One of the best aspects was the daily complimentary breakfast buffet that included lots of food options and made our mornings enjoyable.

The room that we stayed in had a strange odor that never really went away, making it hard to fully relax. the Wi-Fi signal was poor in the room and often cut out.

The view from my junior suite was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. The property furniture was new and sleek, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. The room decoration was tasteful and added a touch of elegance to the space. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited breakfast choices and the high pillows, I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Trabzon.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a wonderful stay here. the luxurious amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and well-equipped sauna contributed to our overall relaxation and enjoyment. the staff provided exceptional service and were always friendly and helpful. Not to mention the beautiful garden area where we spent most of our lazy afternoons. the prime location near great restaurants and shopping made it convenient for us to explore the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited options in the bar/lounge area. this was easily resolved by exploring the surrounding areas.
