Free shuttle service is awesome, just hope you don't get lost like I did. The spa was nice, except for the masseuse who used a bit too much force. The terrace views were stunning, especially when you have a waiter who doesn't spill your drink.

Not a fan of getting lost or feeling bruised during a massage. Careful with your drink on the terrace.

The owner's son, Zaza, was incredibly helpful and offered us great prices on tours. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we even got to enjoy it earlier than usual. The location was perfect for admiring the landscape and watching the hot air balloons. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Panoramic Cave Hotel & Spa for a few days and had an amazing time. The staff went above and beyond to find us a hot air balloon ride, even though it was initially booked out. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town. The room was even more beautiful than we expected, with a stunning bathroom and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The staff knew everything about the area, it was like having a personal tour guide. The spa was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep during my massage. And free parking, because who doesn't love searching for a parking spot?

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the town center, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We loved the amazing view from the terrace overlooking the town and it was a perfect spot for capturing stunning photos of the hot air balloons in the morning. The room had all the necessary amenities such as a hairdryer, sleepers, and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and clean. As vegetarians, we were pleased with the breakfast options which included traditional choices, fruits, vegetables, cereals, different types of cheese. The staff, particularly Zaza/the owner, was friendly and eager to cater to our needs.
