We had an amazing time here! The location is perfect as everything we needed was easily accessible, from supermarkets to car rentals, to nice restaurants. The room was spotless with a cozy sitting area and comfy bed. In terms of service, the staff deserve an award with prompt room service and excellent housekeeping. They even helped us with our laundry and grocery shopping. We also enjoyed the tours/ticket assistance they provided and appreciated the free welcome drink. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The cleanliness and staff are excellent. The staff are kind and helpful, the breakfast is good but lacks variety. The bed and pillows are comfy, and the rooms are spacious, especially those with city views. The reception can arrange tours, and there is a small kiosk selling snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and necessities. The hotel is close to Cevahir mall and surrounded by shops. it's great value for money, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time during our city trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of options to satisfy everyone's tastes. We also appreciated the stunning views from our room and the convenient location close to the attractions.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. Some of the staff members had a limited ability to speak English or other languages, which caused some miscommunications.

i just got back from trabzon and had the best stay at this hotel! the team was super helpful and made my stay so comfortable. the executive suite was amazing with a big balcony and mountain view. the hotel is clean and modern. i can't wait to come back!
