As a tourist, I absolutely loved the stunning sea view from the hotel rooms. It was a perfect way to start the day. The location was also great as it offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city center. The hotel staff, particularly Mr. Faseh and his manager Cobra, were incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The restaurant/coffee house at the hotel exceeded our expectations with its high-quality food and incredible view. Special mention to Sinan, who provided excellent service and made fantastic suggestions from the menu. The hotel's cozy design and cleanliness were also much appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning sea views. The suite was spacious, with clean furniture and soundproof rooms. Despite a minor out-of-order Jacuzzi issue, the staff was supportive and apologetic, offering tasty fruit platters as compensation. I recommend this hotel.

Nestled in a serene location, this hotel rests far from the buzz and crowds, providing its guests with a peaceful and quiet ambiance. The spacious rooms are soundproof and equipped with all amenities, including baby cribs upon request. Breakfast is fulfilling, and the staff is supportive, welcoming, and fluently speaks different languages. The hotel also features spectacular views of the Black Sea and mountainous terrain.

The lunch menu offered here might be below average.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy rooms with a stunning view of the sea. the staff was very hospitable and helpful with our luggage. We loved the hot beverages bar in the lobby and the complimentary cakes and cookies that were offered to guests every evening. the hotel's location was perfect for us, away from the city hustle but still within a reasonable drive's distance from attractions.

The dinner menu was predetermined, with no flexibility to choose what we wanted. English communication was a struggle with most staff members, making it difficult to communicate our requests.

the exclusive amenities certainly exceeded my expectations, including the beautiful garden area and outdoor dining. the room was well-appointed with special in-room advantages such as a private jacuzzi and breathtaking sea views. the restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience, with a variety of delicious dishes and special diet menus available.

the service at times was a bit challenging due to a language barrier.
