The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The sound insulation in the rooms was practically non-existent, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The noise from the street and nearby establishments was constantly present, making it hard to relax.

The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for exploring the main sightseeing attractions. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

That there was a nearby bar that played music until 4 am, which made it difficult to sleep. the hotel could improve on their cleaning services, as the bed sheets were not always changed and the overall cleanliness could be better.
