During my recent stay at Pianoforte Hotel, I was delighted with the spacious and well-maintained rooms. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the location was excellent, with easy access to tramway, metro stations, and bus stops. The complimentary omelette and Turkish tea served for breakfast were delicious, adding a nice touch to start the day. The staff, particularly Volkan and Gokay, were friendly and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Istanbul. the location was perfect - it was situated in a quiet area but still within easy reach of all the tourist destinations. Secondly, the staff was really friendly and attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were in good condition and the wifi connection was satisfying. We also had access to a variety of satellite channels on the TV.

All aspects of this hotel were great and there was nothing that could be improved.

The hotel offers a range of leisure activities, like a spa, sauna, and hammam. The surrounding streets have plenty of bars and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi is a plus.

Located near a metro station and surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and equipped with comfortable beds and necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of fresh food.

The internet connection in the hotel is poor.

During our stay in the old town area, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of our hotel. Situated near a metro station, we had easy access to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The room itself was clean and met our expectations, with all necessary amenities such as a TV, minibar , and a phone. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us in finding a pharmacy for a friend in need. The hotel also offered a Hamam and massage service, which we highly recommend trying for a relaxing experience.

That not all areas were within walking distance, requiring us to take a taxi to certain attractions such as Sultanahmet.

Renovated hotel, modern and spacious. Great staff, helpful and welcoming. Nice district, with everything you need nearby: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, and metro. Convenient to reach Hagia Sophia. Highly recommend!

No issues detected during stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near bus and metro stations, making it easy to travel around the city. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great too.

Our new year experience was not as great as we had hoped. the noise level in our room was unbearable due to loud music and party-goers nearby.
