To come to the taxis, the hotel provides easy access to transportation for those who need to travel around the city.

There was a negative aspect related to the spa services, as mentioned in one of the previous reviews. The staff's attitude towards pricing and discounts seemed to be questionable and unprofessional.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the complimentary fruit bowl and sweets provided in our room. The staff, from the reception to the porters, room service, and breakfast staff, were all very friendly and helpful. The shower had three settings and great water pressure. The overall service at the hotel was excellent, with the staff being professional and accommodating. The restaurant, located on the top floor with a beautiful view, had a delicious variety of food for breakfast. Special mention goes to Miss Damla from the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us.

We felt most welcome at Point Hotel Ankara, and there was no reason to complain.

Stayed here for a business trip and the rooftop bar was the best! Enjoyed watching the sunset and the stunning views of the city. the breakfast spread was diverse and the coffee superb, including the bartenders who concocted some great drinks! the central location also made it easy to get around town.

The room was not up to standard. the air conditioning didn't function well, and it was extremely hot inside.

We had a very refreshing and comfortable stay at Point Hotel. The room temperature was just right, not too hot at all. The hotel is equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel. Its convenient location in the center of Ankara's main attractions saved us a lot of time and money on transportation. The hotel was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Mr. Ömar, went above and beyond to assist us. Ömar even helped fix an issue with my mobile phone within 24 hours, even outside of his working hours. We are truly grateful for his exceptional service.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are exceptional. From the Spa & wellness centre to the Restaurant, everything is top-notch. The exclusive rooms come with private facilities and the leisure/ TV room is perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient and offers fantastic views. The service provided by the staff is impeccable; they go out of their way to fulfil all your needs.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of sound insulation in the room. There was some noise from the corridor during the night, which disrupted my sleep.
