The Manager Ramazan provided excellent assistance with airport transfers and anything we needed. Cesar at reception was also very friendly. The entire staff made our stay enjoyable, and the free breakfast on our last day was a great surprise. My kids loved the room and want to return. I loved staying here! The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, which made it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They always had a smile on their faces and provided us with delicious breakfast, which included unlimited coffee and tea. the location is great with easy access to transportation, making it convenient to travel around the city and explore. the room was clean and spacious, allowing us to have a comfortable stay.

One of the mornings, the staff did not restock our water supply and had to pay an exaggerated amount for it. the night reception was not as helpful as the day staff and did not address our concerns about noisy neighbors.

The location was also convenient, being very close to the tramway and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious traditional Turkish spread, including simit, Turkish cheese, olives, and chai, which was a great start to our day.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. We had an issue with the airport shuttle service, as the promised mini van was not waiting for us upon arrival.
