The Manager Ramazan provided excellent assistance with airport transfers and anything we needed. Cesar at reception was also very friendly. The entire staff made our stay enjoyable, and the free breakfast on our last day was a great surprise. My kids loved the room and want to return. The staff was very kind and helpful, making sure we had a pleasant stay. They always had a smile on their faces and provided us with delicious breakfast, which included unlimited coffee and tea. We had a few issues with our stay. One of the mornings, the staff did not restock our water supply and had to pay an exaggerated amount for it.
