Loved the unlimited amenities and facilities. Everything you need is available, from the spa and hairdresser to the close proximity to the Bosphorus, airport, malls, and restaurants. Family-friendly with activities for kids. Perfection!

From Rocca Restaurant to the Long Bar, the hotel offers a variety of dining options. The floor to ceiling windows and private terrace provide stunning views. The Raffles Spa is a haven for relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail makes me feel at home.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment I arrived, the exclusive amenities were evident: an indoor pool, sauna, and spa lounge. The massage therapists were skilled and the treatment room was well-appointed. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace with ample sun loungers. The garden area was stunning, offering a tranquil escape from the city. The restaurant had a varied buffet breakfast with special diet menus available. The private facilities made my stay even more special, with in-room breakfast and a snack bar always available.

One minor issue was the lack of public bath facilities. Although the Turkish bath was beautiful, there were no open-air baths or beach umbrellas available.

We stayed at a hotel in a prime location with easy access to shopping and main tourist attractions. The room was spacious and featured modern décor, with a wonderful view. The bathroom was equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our needs, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The bed was not very comfortable and caused some discomfort during sleep.

The complementary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby were a nice touch during Christmas time. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the view from our room overlooking the river.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized during the holiday rush. Our room was not properly cleaned and we had to request fresh towels and new toiletries multiple times.
