I recently stayed at a hotel located in an industrial area, but I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. It was halfway to the airport, making it great for travelers like myself. The hotel was also close to public transportation, with the first metro station just a short walk away.

One negative aspect I encountered was the unhelpful and rude front desk staff.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my city trip. the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the hotel was also conveniently located near public transportation and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

While my room was comfortable and clean, the noise level from other guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms was a bit of a disturbance at times. the bathroom toiletries could be improved for a more luxurious experience.

The hotel offers free drop-off service, very helpful for disabled person. The staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant offers good price for ala carte or buffet service.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada. The rooms were modern, clean, and cozy, with a great view of the city from the French window. The amenities were not lacking at all, from a well-stocked coffee station to good bathroom supplies. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and we were especially impressed by the room cleaner, Serife, who even asked us personally if we liked the cleanness of our room. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. The receptionists were well-educated, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, well-cleaned rooms, and excellent service.
