My Christmas getaway was exceptional! the staff were so helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. What's more, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were top-notch! the hotel's location was just perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. And to complete my amazing stay, I was showered with wonderful surprises that made me feel at home.

The room size was smaller than I expected, and the furniture looked quite old. the hotel could provide additional room amenities including a pressing service and not just an ironing board.

This place is in a great location; it is within walking distance to many of the main attractions in the area, and if you don't feel like walking, there is always the option of taking a tram or metro. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. Additionally, the staff, especially Oydin the receptionist, were really helpful and kind. I found the spa & wellness centre to be a nice touch, and the bar/lounge area was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The location was ideal, within walking distance to the metro station, Grand Bazaar, and Sultanahmet. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The showers and bathing facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and even had a Starbucks on site, which was a great bonus. The hotel staff, including Mohammed, provided excellent customer service and gave us helpful advice on attractions and navigating the city. we had an excellent stay and I would strongly recommend this hotel.
