The location was fantastic, with a tram stop right in front, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room and gave me complimentary breakfast during my stay. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend it.

Its location was perfect, right in front of a tram station that could take me to various historical sights. The staff was excellent, always ready to help and provide any service that I needed such as room service, car hire, laundry, doctor on call. The room was soundproofed, and I had a great selection of amenities like a mini-bar, TV, and tea and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant was cozy and perfect for a solo traveler or even a couple. The leisure spa & wellness center was a great way to unwind with its sauna, Jacuzzi, massage, steam room, and Turkish bath facilities.

Families traveling with kids should definitely consider this place for their stay, and I recommend it without hesitation.

the staff at Ramada were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Mr Turker. His assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was also ideal, surrounded by cafes and food places, making it convenient for exploring the city. the buffet offered delicious food, and the staff, particularly Mr Metehan, Mr Yunus, and Mr Celil, were always friendly and attentive.

We stayed at a hotel that was right at the tram stop, which was super convenient. Our room had a great view of a big mosque, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was really helpful, especially Mrs. Mediha, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. We were also pleased that the hotel wasn't too crowded, unlike other areas which were full of tourists.

The breakfast could have been better. There were times when the bread was dry and some of the dishes were empty when we arrived a bit late.

The shower was amazing with full control over temperature and great water pressure. the beds and mattresses were very comfortable. the hotel was clean and the room decoration was nice. the safety box was big and had a comfortable opening door, which I liked. the staff at breakfast and the cleaners were friendly, and the hotel's location was convenient, right in front of a tram station.

There were no restaurants in the hotel offering room service, and the delivery food quality and taste were below expectations. the room size was a little small and could use some extra space.

We even received a complimentary upgrade to an executive room and a surprise birthday celebration for my husband, including a cake and wine.

The room was comfortable with a great view of the city and plenty of space. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and we enjoyed the refreshing view of the city from the breakfast area. The hotel's location was perfect, with the tram station just across the street, making it easy to reach the main attractions in just a few stops. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay with helpful staff.

Our thanksgiving vacation in this hotel was fantastic. the staff was very cooperative and always had a smile on their faces. They provided us with city maps and transportation maps, which was very helpful. We enjoyed the location as it was easily accessible to shops, cafes, and restaurants. the double glass windows provided us with a great sense of peace and quiet, allowing us to sleep comfortably.

The bathroom in our room had a sliding door, which made it uncomfortable for us to feel completely secure and private. the soundproofing was inadequate, and we could hear noise coming through the door.

The staff at the front desk, especially Mustafa, Turker, and Hudar, were extremely friendly and helpful. Serife, the cleaning woman, did an exceptional job of cleaning our room and even left us fresh fruits. The hotel's location was ideal, with a tram station right in front that provided easy access to all the important sites. We could see the stunning view of Fatih Mosque from our window. There was also a Friday market on the side road opposite the hotel, offering great deals on shawls, knock off bags, and other items. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, takeaways, and the famous dessert shop, Mado.

It was all superb.
