I had an amazing experience at Ramada! The sea view from my room was breathtaking. Although the breakfast could have been more diverse, the croissants were delicious. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Spacious rooms with high-standard bathrooms. Excellent facilities including gym, spa, and two restaurants. Good location with plenty of free parking.

The hotel is ideally located near a great Italian restaurant and within walking distance to the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious with modern bathrooms and stunning views. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. Guests can also enjoy affordable spa treatments and a lovely BBQ restaurant on the 15th floor.

There seem to be issues with the hotel's cooling system and windows, leaving the air stale in some rooms.

Ramada Plaza Rize offers everything I need for a perfect stay - clean and spacious rooms, soundproofing, and a nice bathroom. The hotel's Italian restaurant serves tasty food, and the gym is well-equipped for bodybuilders. The location, nestled between the Black Sea and green tea plantations, is ideal. The lobby is huge, resembling a palace, and the staff speak good English. Additionally, the availability of parking and Arabic TV channels added to my satisfaction.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. the staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions.

The cooling system in the hotel was not very effective, which made the rooms quite stuffy and uncomfortable at times. There also weren't many activities or entertainment options, which meant we had to venture out further to find things to do.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, with luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was relaxing, with a variety of treatments to choose from. the Indoor swimming pool and Turkish bath were highlights of our stay. the Restaurant served delicious meals, with a range of options to suit all tastes.

We only had one minor issue with this hotel: the Live entertainment was lacking. this did not detract from our overall experience.
