We recently stayed at a hotel in Pamukkale and had a fantastic experience. the swimming pool was nice and the buffet meals catered well to large groups. While the quality and variety of the food was inconsistent on some days, overall we enjoyed it. the freshly made Gözleme were particularly awesome. the room was spacious and exceeded our expectations, with a large bed and a well-functioning shower in the bathroom. the amenities in the room all worked well, although the wifi was stronger in the lobby. the pool areas were lovely and provided a relaxing space after a day of traveling. the staff, especially one receptionist, made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. they had bikes for rent, which we used to ride to Hierapolis.

During our stay at Richmond Pamukkale Thermal, we were impressed by the beautiful setting and the grandiose hot outdoor pool. The indoor thermal pool was also a great feature, providing us with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a good variety of delicious options. The hotel's location allowed us to escape from the city and enjoy a peaceful and tranquil environment. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a thermal bath experience.

The breakfast spread was good and the indoor thermal pool was a nice addition to our weekend getaway. the location was convenient to main attractions and we were able to rent bicycles to explore the surrounding areas on our own.

The room was small and not very comfortable for three adults. the hotel was quite far from any shops or restaurants and there was no public transportation available.

Ideal location for visiting nearby attractions including Pamukkale. Great dining options available with breakfast and dinner included. Enjoyable thermal center with hot pool, hamam, and sauna. Lovely outdoor pool for relaxation.

The hotel provided great facilities, such as a thermal indoor pool, which was awesome to relax in. Additionally, the staff was kind and helpful, providing us with good service.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Pamukkale and there were a couple of things that I really liked about it. First of all, the rooms were spacious and clean, with a large bed and a nice shower in the bathroom. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions like Pamukkale, Hierapolis, and Laoikea. It was a great stopover location if you're planning to drive to Cappadocia the next day. Lastly, I really enjoyed the outdoor pool at the hotel. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel as well. the breakfast options were not as varied as I would have liked.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, and the full body massage left us feeling completely relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool was picturesque, surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas for our convenience. the staff was smiley and extremely helpful, offering fast responses to our requests.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, with not as many choices as we had hoped. the restaurant and bar/lounge area made up for it with their delicious food and drink options, though they were priced a bit on the high side.
