Great desk and bellmen, spoke English well. Stayed twice, regular room and corner room with king bed. Clean bathroom, daily cleaning, fresh towels. Good breakfast, self-serve with varied options. Nice dining room staff. Will recommend and stay again.

The breakfast at Riva Resatbey Luxury Hotel was absolutely incredible. There was a wide selection of dishes, all cooked to perfection and very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee. The staff at the front desk were friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a safe and plenty of drinking water. The location was also great, just a short walk from a bustling shopping street. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, just off the main road and close to the city center. the modern decor was impressive. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. the breakfast spread was fantastic, and there was a good selection of food to choose from. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The lighting in the room was inadequate, and there was a loud fan in the bathroom with no control switch in the room. the lack of soundproofing made it noisy at times.
