We were amazed by the spacious and clean rooms at Rixos. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food court provided a wide range of delicious options for lunch or a quick snack. The beach bar had friendly staff and the Irish Bar had skilled bartenders who made amazing cocktails. The staff, including the manager, were always attentive and helpful.

We had a blast at Rixos Premium Belek! The wide variety of activities and amenities catered to our group, from the youngest at 2.5 years old to the oldest at 70. The kids club running until midnight was a game changer, and the 8 restaurants and various drink venues kept us satisfied. The complimentary tickets and shuttle to Land of Legends were a fantastic bonus. Can't wait to come back!

The location of the onsite cinema at Rixos Premium Belek is convenient, situated near the Buffet restaurant. This makes it easy for guests to catch a movie after a delicious meal. Additionally, the specialized restaurants offer a variety of cuisines, allowing guests to indulge in different flavors throughout their stay. Another advantage is the attention to detail in the rooms, with the staff ensuring that even the rough edges of the patio doors are taken care of.

Some guests may find the hotel staff to be inconsistent in their level of attentiveness.

Located in a prime spot that offered access to various shops and cafes, two complimentary foot massages and plenty of fresh towels to use at the pool were great bonuses. we loved the view from our room's balcony, which overlooked the bustling streets below.

Our stay was tainted by the rude staff, particularly at the front desk, and the small room size that wasn't fit for the price we paid. the pool and beach area were overcrowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our time.

rixos was even better than before - huge, clean, and friendly with amazing food and lots to do for the kids. the beach yoga classes were a highlight too, thanks adil!

Poor turkish ambiance at a la carte restaurant.

This hotel is truly luxurious and fulfilled all our exclusive amenity needs. The Spa & wellness centre and indoor pool are excellent quality, as well as the outdoor pool. Sun Terrace and the Garden area were impeccable, just like the beach access. Night club and Live entertainment exceeded our expectations, whilst our massage and facial treatment in the treatment room were divine. There were plenty of great restaurants including Continental breakfast and Halal food. The private facilities of our room were very impressive too.

The only minor issue we encountered was that some of the staff at this hotel had limited English skills.

Excellent food and variety, friendly and attentive service, fantastic pools and Turkish bath, well-prepared drinks, Land of Legends visit.
