As adults, we loved the late check out and access to the spa for a shower before our flight. The friendly and helpful staff created a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a bustling street filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious, and the view from there was stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Couldn't stay longer. Insufficient time to explore all that this city has to offer.

The hotel is conveniently located in a busy street with a walking distance to the metro station. Rooms with a view of Ist are fantastic and the breakfast with Turkish specialties was great with a priceless view of Istanbul.

Our family vacation was a blast with the hotel's prime location - just steps away from major city highlights and offering a beautiful bay view. The spacious and luxurious rooms did not disappoint - we slept in comfortably with the super comfy beds. The staff were accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of delicious options.

I really got my money's worth at Rixos. The room was stunning and had an incredible view, plus the beds were super comfy. The location was perfect and the staff were amazing, always friendly and attentive.

The breakfast could have been better, especially the bread.

I loved the comfortable beds and the great breakfast options. the beds were so cozy and made it easy to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including both hot and cold dishes, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, being close to many restaurants and shops, making it convenient to explore and find places to eat. Plus, the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

the room had some maintenance problems, including a faulty door in the bathroom that caused water to flood the floor. noise from the adjacent room was easily audible through the thin separating door, which made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, just three blocks away from everything. I stayed in the 2nd block while my guests stayed in the 1st block. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even upgrading us to spacious suite rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was varied and plentiful, although not mind-blowing. However, the beautiful view from the restaurant made up for it. The hotel also had a fitness room that was always empty and impeccably clean. The concierge provided excellent recommendations and the staff overall was friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant stay.

We recently had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway and two things that stood out were the scrumptious complimentary breakfast and the relaxing outdoor lounge area. the location was also ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

the balcony in our room was not easily accessible due to the obstructive placement of furniture.

The spa and wellness centre provided a range of treatments such as body scrubs, body wraps and massages that left us feeling revitalized and rejuvenated. The facilities like the sauna, steam room and Turkish bath were also top-notch. The restaurant offered delicious food with special diet menus available. In-room breakfast was a treat with exclusive amenities available in the rooms. The bar area provided great drinks and a nice atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was polite, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the noise level from the entertainment venue close by. It was a little loud at times, and we could hear it in our room.
