The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with great transport links nearby. The room was very stylish and comfortable, with excellent amenities and high-quality bedding. The breakfast was varied, tasty, and served with a beautiful view. The staff were helpful and professional, making our stay a pleasure.

During my stay, I had a great view of both the promenade and the nearby mosque. The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram station, making it easy to explore the area. By the second day, any issue I encountered was quickly resolved with the exceptional service of the staff. The room and bathroom were stylish, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, with a range of Turkish delicacies.

The lobby and hallways were uncomfortably hot due to the air conditioning being off, but fortunately this was not an issue in the rooms.

This place is in a great location, right next to a tram station which means you can get around the city with ease. It is also within walking distance to many great cafes, bars and restaurants. We also loved the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering a welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, the leisure spa was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The complementary breakfast and rooftop views were the best aspects of my stay. The breakfast provided a variety of options to choose from. The rooftop views were breathtaking and had lovely scenery of the surrounding area. The location was also great, with many nearby restaurants and shops conveniently located.

The noise level was disturbing. The sound from the nearby mosque was extremely loud and woke me up every morning at 4:30am.

My stay at Root Karakoy was incredibly enjoyable. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant neighborhood and visit popular attractions like Galata Tower. The view from the 9th floor restaurant was breathtaking, showcasing the beauty of Istanbul. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The modern and clean facilities, including the spa and gym, added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast, although not extensive, offered food options for vegetarians like me. I would highly recommend Root Karakoy for a memorable stay in Istanbul.
