Staying at Royal Holiday Palace was such a delight! The hotel itself is stunning, both inside and out. The cleanliness is impeccable, and there are plenty of seating areas for relaxation. The check-in process was quick and the staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a high quality bathroom, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff at the hotel were always smiling and ready to assist, whether it was the bar staff, waiters/waitresses, or the mini club staff for our daughter. The food at the hotel was of good quality, with a decent variety of choices. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the food corners that were open throughout the day. The pool area was fantastic, with great slides for the kids. we had an amazing stay at Royal Holiday Palace and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the food was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes and preferences. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the availability of sunbeds at any time of the day.

One downside was the lack of clear labeling for food allergies, which could be disappointing for guests with specific dietary needs. Additionally, the hotel seemed to cater heavily to families with children, resulting in a noisy and crowded atmosphere at times.

This hotel was a truly luxurious experience, exceeding all of my expectations. the exclusive amenities provided were fantastic, including access to a beautiful swimming pool, sauna, and wellness centre. the friendly and helpful staff were always on-hand to make sure that my needs were met, and the spa treatments I received were truly exceptional.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the breakfast service. Whilst the food was fresh and delicious, there was only a limited selection of English-style dishes available.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty and grandeur of the resort. the pool, stretching from the hotel to the beach, was simply breathtaking. We loved being able to grab snacks and drinks from the various restaurants and enjoy them by the poolside. the staff, despite their limited English, were extremely friendly and accommodating. the resort's family-friendly atmosphere was a huge plus, with activities for kids throughout the day and evening entertainment for all. We never felt bored during our 7-night stay. the beach activities, such as parasailing and boat rides, were an added bonus. we were impressed by the generous buffet, quality and variety of food, cleanliness, range of activities, and affordable prices.
