A cave hotel, how unique! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a beautiful garden. I felt like a princess in my own castle. The location was perfect, close to everything. Loved it!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the rooms were well-decorated and clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was lavish and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, from helping us with our inquiries and providing useful suggestions to arranging airport transfers and tours. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the city center and the bus station. Plus, the rooftop restaurant provided an amazing view of the surrounding landscape.

Located in the heart of the town, this hotel offered a unique experience of staying in a cave, just as the town is known for. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. the hotel had a perfect view from the breakfast area, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location was also convenient, being close to the bus stop for easy transportation.

The timing for the balloon ride was a bit off, as it departed later than expected, causing us to miss the sunrise.

I recently stayed at Safran Cave with my family for a few nights during our trip to the region. The unique room setup, with one double bed and two single beds, was perfect for us. The hotel's location right on the main street was ideal for exploring nearby cafes and souvenir shops. Plus, waking up to the breathtaking sight of air balloons floating up in the morning was truly magical. The staff's hospitality really stood out, as they even made sure to have breakfast ready before our early check out. It was a delightful experience all around.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional in their customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially when our luggage was lost by the airlines. Despite checking in very late at 1am, the hotel manager prepared a nice meal for us and even helped us locate our luggage the next morning. It was a relief to have such helpful and friendly staff during a stressful situation.

One aspect that was not ideal during our stay was the pillows. They were very high and uncomfortable to sleep on.
