This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square. It's in a safe area and close to all the action. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot water always available in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Plus, the hotel provides free WiFi and has an elevator for easy access to the rooms.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the rooms upon arrival.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of floor heating. The staff, especially the two guys at the reception, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

While there were a few minor issues with my stay, such as the lack of a door-handle on the inside of the bathroom door and the occasional noise from other guests, these did not detract significantly from my overall experience.
