Can't fault the property in any way

The hotel has a great location near the beach and several swimming pools. The rooms are quite spacious and have a comfortable bed. , the food served by the hotel was satisfactory.

My experience at the hotel was not entirely pleasant. The staff were unresponsive to my requests and the room was not clean.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, including the rooms. Multiple pools and a private beach provided plenty of options. The food was fantastic, with a buffet-style breakfast and lunch offering a wide variety of choices. The entertainment, especially the Mongolian circus, was enjoyable. Excellent facilities like the gym were available, and the friendly staff made the experience even better.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities, with its immaculate spa and wellness center. The indoor swimming pool and sauna provided a relaxing escape. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim with sun loungers, and the beach access was ideal. The live entertainment was fantastic, from the music to the shows. The staff was a standout, always friendly and willing to help with any needs.

The only minor issue was the lack of poolside snack bar. However, other options were available at the beach bar and snack bar.

The hotel had direct access to a beautiful beach with sand and small gravel stones. There were also several pools available for a refreshing swim. The hotel area was larger than it appeared in the pictures. The staff at the SPA provided excellent service, and it was worth the extra money. The variety of food offered at the hotel was good, and the eating hours were sufficiently long. There was even a Turkish night on Thursdays with local cuisine and folklore dances. Additionally, the hotel had an a-la-carte lunch restaurant by the sea and one complimentary a-la-carte dinner per week.

Nothing not to love!

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The whole place, including the rooms, was very clean. Despite being close to the beach and bringing in sand, the staff hoovered it up regularly. The hotel had three pools and a private beach, providing plenty of options for relaxation. I also loved the abundance of sun loungers available. The food at the hotel was amazing, with a buffet-style breakfast offering plenty of options. For lunch, there were snacks, waffles, ice cream, and more throughout the day. In the evening, guests could choose between the main restaurant or book a table in one of the three restaurants for table service. The bar had a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The nightly entertainment, such as the Mongolian circus, kept us thoroughly entertained. The facilities, including the gym, were excellent. The hotel also offered various activities during the day, such as darts, volleyball, and aqua aerobics. On our last day, the hotel even set up bouncy castles for the kids due to the cloudy weather. The staff at the hotel were all lovely, smiley, and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

Located on a beautiful bay with a private beach, this hotel offers activities for the youngest kids, such as a nice kids area and life guards in the kids pool. The beach access is good and the bay area is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The rooms are modern and well-designed, and the spa and shops add to the overall experience.

Some of the cocktails served at the bar were generic syrups, which could be improved.
