Great holiday stay. the hotel had everything that we needed, including excellent facilities and a beautiful beach. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beach bar was a highlight, offering a fantastic atmosphere and plenty of seating. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a peaceful ambiance.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. the staff seemed to show favoritism towards certain guests, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Huge selection in the main restaurant buffet, including different types of olives, cheeses, and jams. Good for families with kids, lots of activities and a beautiful pier. During my stay at Zeynep Hotel, I was impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service provided by the staff. The animation team was energetic and made sure everyone had a great time. I also enjoyed the delicious cocktails, especially the ones made by Hasan and Özlem.

The value for money at Zeynep was excellent! The room was nice with new furniture, and we even got upgraded to a pool/sea view bungalow. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location was surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The Zeynep Hotel in Belek exceeded my expectations. The all-inclusive concept was fantastic, with a wide variety of food and drinks available. The buffet had a vast selection, including different types of olives, cheeses, and jams. The hotel caters well to families with kids, offering a kids pool, club, and water slides. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The facilities, including the pool, beach, and aqua park, were excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel did not offer enough amenities for business travelers. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and hard to connect to, and the business center was not well-equipped.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated near the beach and close to the golf courses we were playing, which was great. The round restaurant up the slope from the main buffet offered a stunning view, and the nearby golf courses provided a convenient option for outdoor activities.
