The location of Seres Hotel Old City was exceptional, with easy access to the ferry, train, and tram stations. We enjoyed having a European bar right in front of the hotel, and despite being near the street, our requested room was quiet. The breakfast every morning was superb, offering incredible views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were sparkling clean with efficient air conditioning. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of popular tourist destinations. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, with the metro just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to explore Istanbul's top attractions. the staff at Seres Hotel Old City was outstanding, especially the front office manager Emre Avcu, who was always professional and efficient. the facilities were great, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast spread that changed daily. the rooftop dining area provided breathtaking views of Istanbul, adding to the overall experience. I left feeling like I had stayed with good friends.

Some small issues tarnished the experience, including a broken lift and a room too small for three people. the air conditioning was not effective enough in reducing the heat and the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

This hotel is perfectly located, right on the tram line between two stations, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
