This place is in a perfect location, nestled in the mountains and offering a slightly cooler retreat from the beach. The view from every room is absolutely stunning, with a panoramic view of Olu Deniz below. The service here is top-notch, with the staff always offering a warm greeting and providing brilliant service. From the senior management to all the staff below, everyone is so polite and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel facilities are fantastic, including a casino, outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness studio. We also loved the free Wi-Fi and the convenience of the 24-hour reception.

Our room wasn't cleaned on a few occasions, and we had to remind reception to arrange it. However, this didn't really bother us as the overall experience was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect – halfway up a hill in the mountains, providing a slightly cooler atmosphere than the beach below. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the stunning Olu Deniz. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a lovely balcony to enjoy the mountain scenery. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special mention goes to Melisa at the front desk, who was always there to offer us advice and assistance whenever we needed it. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the cleaning girls to the management, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, we would still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious getaway.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated on a mountain with beautiful views. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the beach, allowing easy access for those looking to enjoy the sea and sand. The restaurant also offers a pleasant setting for breakfast, with the meal starting at 8 am.

The noise from a neighboring hotel having an event, which could be disruptive at times.

Friendly staff, delicious buffet dinner, convenient bus transportation, spectacular views from the pool area. Comfortable bed, amazing room view, friendly bar and wait staff, lovely hamam and sauna. Impressive and extensive breakfast choices, good value. Fantastic view, super friendly staff, nice swim-up room for privacy. Prefer Patara for a more relaxed atmosphere.

It was all superb.

The complementary wine and chocolates in the room made our Christmas celebration special. the location of the hotel was perfect with stunning views of the mountains and sea. the breakfast buffet had a good variety with fresh fruits and juices.

The staff at reception were not very welcoming or helpful. the room cleaning services were not up to standard with poor bathroom cleanliness and lack of attention to detail.
