The beach and sea were beautiful, perfect for relaxing and swimming. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options. The rooms and overall hotel appeared tired and in need of modernization.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the excellent customer service and attention from the staff, especially Mr. Sabahattin at the front desk. He ensured that my room exceeded my expectations and arranged a smooth transfer back to the airport. The hospitality of the hotel was outstanding, and I never heard the word "no" during my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel and a perfect location adjacent to the public beach. The open buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of options and the food quality was excellent. Additionally, the staff was always helpful and the valet service was perfect.

Staff fluent in multiple languages, clean and comfortable rooms, dreamy pillows and linen, well-facilitated bathroom, incredible view, best breakfast and dinner with variety. Nearby hotels can use Ilıca Beach. Good open buffet, affordable SPA service, helpful staff. Luxury beach, nice location for taxis, calm atmosphere. Superb breakfast, good bar and sea restaurant. Simply the best hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton in Cesme! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning beach and pool area. The breakfast and dinner were full of delicious options. One thing that really stood out to us was the exceptional attention we received from all the staff. From the moment we arrived, Director Sebahattin Uzuner made sure we had everything we needed. The entire team was incredibly helpful, whether it was recommending restaurants or assisting in finding lost items. We truly felt like VIPs during our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cesme!

Spent Xmas here and had a great time! the beach was stunning with crystal clear turquoise water and fine white sand. the location was perfect with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. the rooms were clean and spacious with impressive views. the on-site activities were plenty, with jet skiing and water sports being the highlight. a great experience!

The beach at this hotel is one of the best I've ever been to. the sand is soft and the water is crystal clear and clean. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable.

One thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very effective. It didn't cool the room down enough, especially during hot summer days.
