The staff at the coffee station were professional and kind. The room cleaning done by the lady was great, spotless. Great staff overall.

I believe that this hotel could do better in its poolside snack bar service. I had few minor issues with the snack quality and menu options. Nevertheless, this did not overshadow my truly fantastic experience here. I recommend this hotel to all those seeking to relax and relish exclusive facilities.
