We had one minor issue with housekeeping, but the reception acted immediately and provided us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the mall and restaurants. The room was stylish, modern, and clean. The swimming pool was amazing, and the room service was excellent. The staff, especially Ms. Hunra, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The price was a bit expensive, and it would have been nice to have an outdoor pool during the summer. The spa's pool water was freezing.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I loved the hotel's prime location. It was walking distance from numerous restaurants and shops, making it so convenient to explore the area. the hotel had an amazing swimming pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. the pool was well-maintained and the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The slightly high price for the location. the family-sized shampoo and conditioner bottles provided in the room were not enough for our entire stay, and it would have been better to have full room amenities.

Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Brand new hotel with high-quality amenities including a wonderful pool, jacuzzi, and hot tub on the 18th floor with great views. Shopping mall within a 3-minute walk.
