Stayed at a fantastic all-inclusive beach hotel with amazing food and friendly staff. The hotel offered an a la carte restaurant with great fish dishes, and the location was perfect with shops and cafes nearby. The staff were always willing to help and fill glasses, and the management-trained them well. Absolutely loved the included cocktails, even though the alcohol quality was average.

The internet connection was poor in the rooms, and the gym had old equipment and no provided towels. Sunbeds were hard to find due to individuals reserving them with towels and not showing up. Some staff and the hotel photographer were rude, and the hair salon provided a poor quality job. The check-in staff member on arrival was unpleasant, providing a bad first impression.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel like royalty. The Spa & wellness centre was a haven, with a relaxing sauna, spacious indoor swimming pool, and Turkish bath. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for basking in the sun on the sun loungers or taking a dip. The hotel's location offered easy beach access and a beautiful sun terrace with beach umbrellas. The restaurant offered a delectable buffet breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar/ lounge area was perfect for enjoying poolside snacks or dinner.

The only minor issue I experienced was the limited entertainment, with no Nightclub or Karaoke, but the live entertainment and leisure/ TV room made up for it. this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay, with its private facilities, beauty treatments, massage, and steam room, as well as the stunning garden area and public bath.
