the hotel exceeded my expectations. it was even better than my previous stay in istanbul. everything from the beautiful courtyard and gardens to the old world charm of the lobby made me feel like royalty. the staff was gracious and even upgraded our room for my husband's birthday. the location and panoramic view of the bosporous from our balcony were unbeatable. a must-stay!

I recently stayed at Sultanahmet Palace for a short 2-day trip to Istanbul. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city's top attractions, such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooms were beautifully authentic, with a Turkish hamam in each. The morning breakfast had a delightful view of the Marmara Sea, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! The location was ideal, as we were able to reach all of the main attractions with only a short walk. The gardens were extensive and beautiful, allowing us to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including a soundproofed room and a terrace with a lovely view. It was also great to have 24-hour room service and laundry available, making our stay even more convenient.

Friendly staff, competent office management, stunning views of Istanbul and the sea, great location near historical sites and restaurants, efficient service for arranging taxis.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options.

Perfect location, a stone's throw from the Blue Mosque. My room had an amazing sea view and a Turkish bath! Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. I had a wonderful stay at a reasonable price.

We had high hopes for the hotel's location in Sultanahmet, but it turned out to be just average compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The room was clean, but the bathroom was cramped and unremarkable. The service was adequate, but not exceptional. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about.

We went on a city trip and stayed in a hotel that had a great location close to many interesting sights and attractions. the hotel had complimentary breakfast, which was really good and had a nice view from the top. the staff was really friendly and spoke English well, which helped us a lot.

The downside of staying in this location was that it was really touristy. We had to venture out further to find a more authentic Turkish experience which was a bit disappointing.

The room I stayed in had an amazing view and a cozy, homey atmosphere. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even provided a packed breakfast for my early flight, which was a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this hotel.
