The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and easy to reach by public transportation. the food selection was varied and tasty, including options for different dietary requirements. the staff at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surroundings. the hotel also had a nice garden with lovely flowers.

The hotel staff at the reception and other areas were not very helpful or welcoming. They seemed disinterested in helping us and did not provide good customer service.

The manager and his team have created an exceptional setting, and I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

The hotel is dated but good value for money. Food and drinks are included and of decent quality. Kids club and entertainment are basic but enjoyable. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff are helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are dated but clean.

The hotel's surroundings were stunning with beautiful gardens and mountain views. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. The evening entertainment was of a high standard, including the Mongolian circus and Columbian dancers. a fantastic experience with a lovely swimming pool and Turkish spa service.

We had a wonderful stay at Suncity Hotel – Beach Club. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Blue Lagoon and other attractions. The hotel itself is surrounded by lush trees and plants, creating a peaceful and tranquil ambiance. The all-inclusive buffet exceeded our expectations with its delicious and varied options every day. We also enjoyed the live entertainment shows and the clean pools, including a private adults-only pool. The private beach next to the Blue Lagoon was the cherry on top of our fantastic experience.
